Foods by prominent calcium compounds

A reference list of foods grouped by their dominant calcium compounds, the basis for balancing anionic and cationic energy at each meal.

Original source (PDF)

This list groups foods by the prominent calcium compounds they contain. There are six prominent calcium compound groups into which the foods are classified: calcium oxide, calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate, calcium phosphate, calcium sulfate (gypsum), and calcium magnesium carbonate. (A seventh group, calcium hydroxide, is toxic and is not found in foods.)

Dr. Reams taught that we live off the energy we get from the foods we eat, not the food itself. Electrical energy is produced from the resistance between anionic and cationic calcium compounds, so each meal should combine both kinds so that the energy we live on can be produced.

Eating a variety of foods at each meal also helps the body pick up the roughly 84 different minerals it uses to build cells. If you are working with an RBTI consultant, ask them how to use this list to select foods for your meals while on the program.
